Shipping & Returns:

All purchases made from our online store are custom-madeto order. We aim to deliver your purchases within 3-7 working days once the funds have cleared in our account, unless otherwise specified. You will receive an email notification regarding the delivery timeframe.

In the event of any delay beyond our control, our team will promptly contact you to mitigate any inconvenience.

Delivery Charges:

Enjoy Free Delivery on purchases over R1500. For standard delivery nationwide, there delivery fee is R99 in Gauteng Areas & Outside Gauteng Areas R107.

Returns will be at your expense unless the product has been damaged. Please refer to our returns policy for further details.

Delivery Areas:

AmeRu Eau de Parfum Collection exclusively delivers to addresses within South Africa. Currently, we do not provide delivery services to farms and rural areas. However, if you reside in such areas, kindly reach out to us at [email protected] or Whatsapp 082 707 9778 for alternative delivery or collection arrangements.

Receiving Your Order:

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact number where the goods can be received during weekdays, within normal working hours of 8 am to 5 pm. AmeRu Eau de Parfum Collection cannot be held liable for failed delivery due to unavailability to sign for and accept delivery.

If no one is available to receive the delivery on the first attempt, we will make every effort to contact you via telephone or email to arrange delivery. The courier company will attempt delivery two more times. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to AmeRu Eau de Parfum Collections, and a refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges, if any) will be processed. Should you prefer another delivery attempt over a refund, additional charges will apply.

Returns Policy:

We trust that you will be satisfied with your fragrances, but if not, you may return any item within 7 days of receipt at your expense, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. In the event of any damaged products upon delivery, we will gladly replace them upon receipt of photographic evidence of the damages.
